Homy Tide accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

For a standard return, the item must be new, unused, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] so we can help arrange an appropriate return, replacement, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Homy Tide will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
