Shipping Policy

Homy Tide ships orders to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days, including order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

For orders with a merchandise subtotal of $15 or more, both standard and expedited shipping are free.

For orders with a merchandise subtotal below $15, standard shipping costs $8 and expedited shipping costs $15.

Available shipping options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delayed Shipments and Cancellations

If we cannot ship your order by the shipping timeframe stated at checkout, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated shipping estimate. You may choose to accept the delay or cancel your order. If you cancel, we will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping charges.
